Our pharmacy is located at our Fairfax Office 333 Revolutionary Trail Fairfax, SC 29827 and was established in an effort to continue our goal of meeting the needs of the entire community. Our pharmacy provides prescriptions through the Federal 340B Program which enables our patients to receive discounts on many of their prescription needs.
